4th Chakra = Heart or Anahata Chakra
Our hearts hold immense power to thrust our dreams into reality. This is the center where we can be truly authentic, creative, individually unique, compassionate, emanate empathy, unconditional love, and see (feel) beauty. The Heart chakra known in Sanskrit as “Anahata, meaning “unstruck sound” is a bridge point between the lower and higher chakra centers known to weave earthly (lower) and spiritual (higher) energies, thoughts, goals, aspirations into manifestation.
Some emotional issues associated with the Heart Chakra are issues of love, emotional heartbreak, emotional abuse, anger, grief, self-loathing, hatred, jealousy, feeling unworthy, fears of betrayal, loneliness, bitterness, abandonment, trust issues, grudges of the past. Physical issues include asthma, heart disease, lung disease, issues with breasts, lymphatic systems, upper back and shoulder problems, arm and wrist pain, heart palpitations, chest pain, poor circulation, high/low blood pressure, extreme cases, cardiac issues (heart attack).
Center of Forgiveness (and Strength)
The heart chakra is known as the center for forgiveness and it also empowers the individual to live an authentic, unique, life filled with synchronicity, joy, wisdom, and magick. Forgiveness allows you to live your best life because you are not consumed on past actions, heartbreak, failures, or fear. Using forgiveness helps to transform rage, anger, fear, into peace, healing love, and greater wisdom. Work with your hear chakra if any of those negative emotions or attributes are present or a constant in your life. Face challenges by using the power of forgiveness to confront and dissolve your past, betrayal, or abandonment issues you have from childhood or in your adult relationships. Know that you are a complex cosmic being having a human experience; both dark and light embodied in one expression. There are times to be dark and other times to use the wisdom of light and many in between. As you become imbued with greater awareness you will know which energy to channel, use and empower to get the results you desire.

Words that Incite Forgiveness, Compassion, and LoVE!
Mantras have long been used to reshape reality and create change. Known as “sacred sound or utterances” these syllable word groups are believed to bring forth spiritual and mental powers. Mantras can induce altered states of consciousness, trance, and reprogram the subconscious mind. The use of “power words” in your spiritual practice and meditations empowers your heart and chakra centers, aligns and attunes higher frequencies to your sense of self, grounds and uplifts your spirit, and sets forth positive affirmations of change and dynamic transformation on a soul-level in the universe. Your words are vibrations that create change and take form into solid matter, experience, and outcomes.
‘I am, by calling, a dealer in words;
and words are, of course,
the most powerful drug used by mankind.’
