Solar Words for Act-ion and Act-ivation
The Solar Plexus bij (seed) sound is RAM the sound of inner fire power, wisdom and transformation. It can be replaced with “I can” or “I do” with the visualization of sight, fire, light, or warmth in the belly raising to the heart and higher chakras. The Breath of Fire can also be used in yoga and prior to meditation to restore energy and bring life into this energy center.
Be creative with your mantras
Create your own mantras by using the elemental chart and drawing from your intuition. Which areas of your life do you need to address, bring greater balance, strengthen or heal? Below are solar plexus mantras you can use in your practice or rituals.
I am courage, I am enough, I am willpower, I am divine, I am strong, I am confident, I am creative, I am in divine alignment with the abundant flow of the universe, I am empowered and I empower others, I am discipline, I am goddess. I stand in my power.
These words of power can be recorded on your phone and played during sleep, or driving, upon waking after meditation or prior to yoga, during a Goddess Bath or in the shower, or sprinkled throughout your day.
Sound Healing – Solar Frequency
Sound healing has been around as long as human life on this planet earth. The use of drums, rattles, bells, and the voice all create frequency. Chakras are known as “spinning wheel” just as sound produces vibration or traveling light. The keynote E, frequency 320 Hz. can effect mood, and bring calm and healing to the body, and spirit.
